It's definitively the middle engine mount bolt. I've just confirmed that bolt is the culprit. There is an oil galley behind it and thread sealant needs to be applied to the bolt. Might also want to wipe out the hole and I also used compressed air to try to clean the hole prior to reinstalling the bolt. I used permatex high temp thread sealant.

Any chance it'd be the front main seal?

I permatexed the bolts for the tensioner and now there does not appear to be any oil behind the the lower timing cover. Apparently that was not the only leak though.... I seem to have one other small one that is around the same area. Oil is on oil cooler lines, oil filter, and on lower timing cover (outside). I took everything back apart thinking it was the same thing but there are no signs of oil behind the lower timing cover.

I checked everything and cleaned everything off and let the car run for about 20 mins and no signs of any oil leaking. It sat for probably a good 5-6 hour till I took it for a spin later in the day. When I got back there was oil dripping around that general area again. So it has to be oil pressure related... I think? Anybody run into anything in this general area of the car that has leaked like this??

Anything in particular I should be looking??
I have the EXACT same issue but haven't torn anything apart yet to see where it is coming from.

FWIW I'm still having the same problem. I went as far as replacing every seal on the t-belt side of the motor, and putting thread sealant on EVERY bolt. Oil pan has been resealed numerous times as well. Its not as bad as it was before, but the lower timing belt cover bolt on the front side of the motor has a small amount oil around it soon after I wipe it off.

Mine appears to be coming from behind the motor mount going to get a new gasket and put thread sealant on all the bolts and torque to spec

Mine seems to be doing the same thing. Tho I did notice a overfilled power steering fluid reservoir I took some fluid out of it and if that stops my leak i'll be bat **** happy. Doubt it tho
Lower timing belt cover leaks sucks.

Mine is still leaking after replacing EVERY seal and putting sealant on all bolts on the timing belt side of the motor a third time. Im gonna try thicker oil, if that doesn't work then MAP will be getting the motor back as I have no idea why its leaking, it has maybe 3k miles on it and has been leaking since day 1.

Does your oil leak look anything like this?
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/10814814-post68.html

I am going to pull off my lower cover this weekend to have a look. I am hoping/praying that its something simple such as a bolt to my tensioner.

Sort of, I never let it get nearly that bad. I get oil that seeps out of the lower front bolt on the cover. I'm wondering if clearances for the oil pump shaft have opened up due to me using a 4G63 timing belt on a 4g64...the belt isn't overly too tight though
