I think it's leaking just from the fitting. Do I have to remove the entire hose to get to it? It's kind of hard to reach it.

Is it this hard line you are talking about?

That line you pointed to goes to here, rubber hose on top...

Is it leaking from where you have that arrow, or leaking at where this pic shows?

That is the return line. The rubber hose from the reservoir goes to that hard line. If that part is where its leaking then you just need a new hose and new clamp and you should be fine.

Finally got this thing out, it was a ***** to remove. Thanks for the help btw guys. My question now is instead of replacing this hardline can I just replace it with piece of high pressure hose?

was the hard line leaking from damage? I think your leak was due to the rubber hose that connects to that piece you have in the pic. I personally would replace both rubber hoses on either end before replacing that whole hard line.

gotcha. Ya dealer should able to get you that. Im not sure about aftermarket availability like autozone, but I would stick with oem imo. You may even be able to find one from someone here parting out their car.

I thought I had found the part number for both of them at one point in time (because I need them both) but I will have to look on my laptop at home tonight.
