There's a few of us in Canada. I've seen a hand full on the net and only one other in my town.
They're not legal in the states yet but a few have managed to get them there.
I picked up mine from an importer on the west coast. I had an evo1 accident write off and upgraded to my evo4 with 77k km.
I think potential Evo buyers here are waiting for the 5-6 version as it' easier to tune and better all around. I prefer the grill on the 4 but the fenders of the 5-6.
Mine came with only HKS filter and 3" Fujitsubo cat back. Light on mods is sometimes the best way to import them.
I put Blitz EBC, HKS suction pipe, and Blitz BOV.
I've got the 255 walbro waiting to go in.
I think 560 injectors and evo5 ecu is next, then start tuning. AWD dyno is opening 5mins from me next month!

Evo IV is illegal in the US, few of them have been imported. Fewer mirages have been converted. I think the III is the more popular conversion option due the availability of engines/parts from DSMs.

I would guess there are not many at all really. They, along with many of the popular import platforms, are illegal here, and so I think if someone were going to put the time and effort into getting something here, it would be a more popular platform, like a Skyline or even an Evo 6 or 7.

I'm stationed in Japan and drive an Evo IV. This is my primary Evo forum compared to lancerregister which I mostly just use for researching IV-specific issues. I'm either going to not move back to the US (in which case I need to move my X MR FROM the States) or I'm going to strip my IV and do a Mirage conversion Stateside.

I'm in Spruce Grove just outside of Edmonton. Same "Meka" from JDMVIP.
