How Much would you pay 4 Billet Caps
How Much would you pay 4 Billet Caps
I have a friend that has a machine shop and might be willing to do soem billet oil caps if we can get the price right for the amount of work.
List which caps you think look the best a provide a link to them.
List any other caps in the engine bay that you would want billet and the price you'd pay for them.
Also list any other parts that you might want in billet and how much you would pay for them.
This is a serious post so no $2 suggestions.

well i wouldn't pay much, i know you said no 2 dollar answers but i'm not going to spend 150 for a billet oil cap....
i mean an aluminum fuel rail is only 150 bucks
maybe i'm dumb but....i guess i'm not into the whole look of things, i'm more into performance.
i mean i would pay like 50 bucks maybe if it was good looking but...

Not to (also) rain on your parade, but of all the billet aluminum oil caps we sell (Injen, Blitz, Hayame...) only the JUN cap exceeds $100. And that's a tough sell, I can tell you.
If you don't have a fancy Japanese tuner name on the cap, I'd target a price of $69 or less. Just my input as a retailer...

818 Racing already has these caps out. I have the radiator and power steering caps, but they are billet cap covers. The oil cap is a real cap. They dress up real well. I also have a JUN oil cap in red billet.

I changed the poll choices around a bit....
Since it is becomming obvious that no one is going to pay $175 or more for a oil cap and since the realistic prices are not properly captured in the original poll choices I included some lower price ranges.
