Even though the mileage was low, the part itself still ages. So when it was replaced, it was already a six year-old part. Now that I think about it, I think I did the same thing, changing mine out at 57k miles in late 2012, though my belt was far from toast.

I think you'll be fine changing it out again at 120k, which is what I'm going to do (along with the water pump again).

Is there any specific I should look at during a visual inspection ?

We need another poll. In this poll we would choose why we didn't change the timing components at 60K or 60 months. Possible reasons could be lack of money, lazy, don't care if the car goes boom or lack of mechanical skills.

In my case I'd have to choose lazy. While I've never gone over on mileage I'm over on time.
