HKS Type-1 Turbo Timer?

Aside from plugging in the harness and splicing into the e-brake cable, is there any other wiring that needs to be done with this unit? I'm gonna order a turbo timer today or the next, and this one had a lot of other features, so I thought that it may require extra wiring.

There are two wires that go to the ecu. You have to splice into the speedo and rpm wires on the ecu harness. It's actually pretty easy, the Type 1 comes with clips to splice those two wires. Here's the install thread. https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...ht=turbo+timer

if you got the harness with it, it's almost plug and play. read the write up by vanilla sky.....very thorough, and very accurate. it helped me tremendously.

This will also help you with the install, although it is pretty much straight forward. I have the same unit and installed it in about 20 min.
