E-Check Issues

Hello to all, I am have a big issue with my evo 8 and passing E-Check. I have had the car for a about 2 years, last year i went and got e-checked with no issues at all. This year I take my car in and they cant find my catalytic converter (because i dont have one), and i fail. Does anyone know a good legal way around this? Will i have to replace my setup to be legal?

some people will let you rent one from them for a week lol. u just gotta find someone who will.. i have one sitting around but i had to cut it off my car because the bolts were siezed in there. i would be more then happy to lend it to ya, but i cut a little into the flange and it might have a leak now.
