Buy a new uego sensor then get remote tuned once you know for sure there are no mechanical issues.

So did it just randomly start running like this one day? After the car was worked on? Has it always been like this?

I bought the car like this and the dude who had it didn't know wtf he was doing so I picked it up real cheap. I actually took off the throttle body and the butterfly was loose. Tightened it up....stalling solved...for now. Gonna replace it with a 70mm unit and get a custom tune with the help of evilempire. Also gonna do another boost leak test but more thoroughly to see why I have such low vacuum.

Which would lead me to believe you have a faulty wideband sensor, which if the tuner is basing the tune off of that, it could cause issues. Id say look into testing your Mass Airflow Sensor, those goes on the fritz your car is going to run funny or possibly your k&n filter gunked up the maf sensor with the oil. Those would be my two guesses, after you replace the plugs make sure there gaped properly, and id call up the tuner explain the issue see if you can do a remote tune or something to see if anything is going on within the ecu.
The wideband is fine. The reason it's reading in the 11s already is because the car was running and had stalled right before I took the video so it was still showing it's last reading. I have the sensor installed where the second O2 sensor after the cat would be. I don't have a cat so it should be just fine, right?

I would get a new sensor...they can get pretty inaccurate if its old. Aem recommends it to be installed 36 inches from the turbo, but I think 18-20 inches is a better location. Make sure to mount it on a slight angle to help keep condensation off the sensor.

Cams will cause the low vac...try another gauge preferably electronic to see if yours is reading right. Or compare it to your map sensor readings if you can.
