Exclamation Idle issue and stalling...please help :(

I have attached videos of the issues I'm having. I did a boost leak test, found nothing. I just removed the EGR and Evap system to see if that was the issue, but the problem still persists. I cleaned the IAC to see if that was the problem, but that didn't fix it either lol. I will not give up on this cuz it sucks stalling at just about every stop to the point that I'm afraid to even come to a complete stop without holding in the Go pedal slightly to keep the RPMs up. My mods are TBE, K&N filter with stock intake tube, AGP dual port BOV, HKS 280 cams, AMS small battery kit, AMS 2.3 stroker, Buschar ported head, AEM wideband, Hallman HBC, stock turbo(for now), and other little mods that have nothing to do with performane. ECU is stock with a flashed Jestr tune. I don't know the parameters of the tune, I just have a receipt lol. I am open to any ideas of what could be wrong. I know other Evo owners are having the same issue...so please let's try to FINALLY figure this out

sounds to me like a fuel issue. could be out of tune perhaps? maybe trying to flash the ecu back to stock would help?

Based on where your vacuum levels are I would guess you have a bad vacuum leak somewhere. Even with HKS 280s, I would think you should be getting better vac than that. Start there - check all your lines... Also, is your BOV recirculated or are you venting to atmosphere?

I had someone suggest it needed retuned. But since it's my daily for now, it's kinda hard to send out the ECU to have that done. I'm gonna install an inline fuel pressure gauge today to see if my fuel pump is going out.

My vac at idle is 10-12 in/Hg. Which is supposedly normal for a cammed Evo. I had performed a boost leak test already and it went well with no leaks. My BOV is both VTA and recirculated.

Your car is has enough mods that a mail in flash isn't going to do.

well after watching your videos, first thing the afr at idle is wayyy rich. First thing id start is by swapping your plugs there probably fouled out by now. Secondly in your video your cars not even started and your wideband is reading in the 11s on the second video. Which would lead me to believe you have a faulty wideband sensor, which if the tuner is basing the tune off of that, it could cause issues. Id say look into testing your Mass Airflow Sensor, those goes on the fritz your car is going to run funny or possibly your k&n filter gunked up the maf sensor with the oil. Those would be my two guesses, after you replace the plugs make sure there gaped properly, and id call up the tuner explain the issue see if you can do a remote tune or something to see if anything is going on within the ecu.

I've had this issued after adding cams and getting a retuned. Car seems to almost stall at every light. My tuner couldnt alleviate the issue except telling me to replace parts. After doing some reading on here i found some helpful thread that require messing with the idle tables in ecu flash and adjusting the biss screw with evoscan. Its 90% better now and no more stalling at the light .

I would adjust my BISS screw...if I could find it. It looks as though my throttle body never had one. The port where it would be was never tapped for a screw.

Check TPS sensor angle at idle, and definitely something going on with the wideband as stated above

Way too many mods for a mail in flash, those cams by themselves with a customer tune are hard to work with-- just get it doen rt and your probs will be adressed.
