Here's an upside to taking my mom's car.. I'll have alot of extra cash, and have the option to pick up a project car and tune that. If I were to buy an Evo it would be my only car meaning I wouldn't be able to leave it at the shop for very long without inconveniencing myself.

About 90% of my friends who know I'm in the market for either an EVO or STi tell me to get an STi.
Honestly..when it comes down to it between the STi and the Evo...it's more prefrence than performance. The cars are almost identical.
