Product sounds pretty awsome but you realize most of us take out sound deadening to reduce weight right?

Yes, our product does work for heat absorption and deflection.

Yes we are aware of this. However, our experience with forums leads us to believe there are a few people out there who want to stop some rattling or vibrations to help with their aftermarket stereos. There are also those that might choose an aftermarket exhaust set up only to find out that it's too loud.
Also if there's another car in your stable that might need it, you can request a sample to try on it.

We are open until 3PM central time today, call if you want a free sample!

Why should we buy this over http://sounddeadenershowdown.com/cgi-bin/index.cgi?

This GT mat looks like dynamat, something you slather everywhere on your car and hope that it actually fixed something

actually most of us don't....

The vast majority of Evos, especially the X, are unmodified.

I'll take 3 pounds of added weight if it means my trunk doesn't rattle like a tin can full of nickels when I drive to work.

I did some math:

Evo X curb weight:

3200 pounds'

GTMat weight: 2.8 pounds

That's a difference of .0875%
less that 1/100th of 1% of 1 percent.

i'll take the GTMat, please.
