hey guys, just a quick question
i had my clutch installed about 2months ago (done about 3000kms) on it, its a exedy stage 1 sports organic.
just wondering, ive had my clutch adjusted, but i am experiencing difficulty getting it into gear at high rpm WOT shifting (over 6k) in almost all gears.. atleast 1>2, 2>3, 3>4 .. haven't tried 4th to 5th as i dont usually hit those speeds often.
ive read the thread and know how to adjust my clutch pedal, just wondering is this the lockout and can i fix it with an adjustment ?
if anyone has any idea or experience i'd appreciate any feedback ! thanks !

bump i am experiencing the same thing for gears 1-2 when i am wot, clutch is being let out at the top of its stroke, exedy stage 2 3puck 4,000miles. i dont think i can adjust the pedal for it to grab any higher than it already is.
is it grindig or just stright not going into gear? Double clutch it, does that make a difference??
does she Creep in 1st gear with the clutch pressed all the way down, foot off the break and reving the engine?

That is the lockout of a single disk clutch.... I have a act hdss that is a 50/50 chance of getting into gear between 1st and second gear... Past 7k it don't want to go in and I shift at 8k in all other gears but 1st to second. I'm actually going to the track tonight but my main concern is that I'm gonna miss second gear specially coming off the 2 step set at 6k... Wish me luck

I had a ACT HDSS and never had a problem. I was told ACT is known for the problem an exedy didn't do that. After the ACT was done I put in a exedy stage 1 HD and had problem ever since. I'm not happy. I did adjust the pedal out and it's still doing it. Seems like anything past 6500 wants to lock. Clutch is only 4 months old and not driven everyday. Seems to get worse the more it's used. I did seem to have as many or any problem at first.
