Help front idler pulley bolt

It's been 3 days I'm trying to remove the front idler pulley bolt. I have lower the engine as much as possible and I am fitting a 14mm with an extension on the braker bar but it just doesnt come lose. I'm close to stripping the bolt, what should I do? I don't have a impact wrench... Buying one would defeat the savings in doing the 60k service myself.
Any advice would be great.
The bolt comes out counter clockwise like any other bolt right???
Thank you

Otherwise, I used my Dewalt impact and it came out just fine, no problems.

used a 950 ft/lbs one, 2 seconds and it came off. It's crazy when thinking the crank bolt was easier to take off. I noticed some white buildup and it looks like the thread in the bolt expanded. Anyone knows why and how this would happen?

glad u got it off. I didn't have enough room for an impact. nor a 1/2" socket. Only could get a 3/4" socket on. Used a long pvc pipe over the wrench and was able to get it off
