Hello! I just finished putting my evo 8 together after crashing into a curb ( due to bad weather) I noticed the other day a small amount of oil on my driveway. After going through the all the fluids i noticed that one of my ACD pump lines is leaking(Under radiator support . Ive looked at Mitsubishiparts.net for a replacement line. I cant find this anywhere online. Any ideas on repairing the leaky line ( never done one before) or is there a way to just eliminate the ACD pump system (with out changing the transfer case)

 

I would see if you can find exactly where its leaking out of. Is it leaking because of a damaged line, or is it leaking through a connection? The acd line is pretty much a one piece spider web of hard line, and unless you have the engine out I hear it can suck to replace. You also have your powersteering cooler lines running near that area so I would verify it is indeed acd and not power steering. That line is much easier to replace, hell I got a spare one of those you can have if you end up needing it-- just pay shipping.

 

You should be able to get a replacement line. There are a few parts that are not listed on the site. Make sure it isn't the fitting located behind the bumper cover.
