what should i do?
Well i had a broken bolt where the turbo and headers meet so it made a boost leak and i was testing out the car and it was boosting at like 24psi and it all blew up, the rods came out the block you can see them hanging. You can see chunks of the block inside of it like little pieces.

Let me correct the OPs story.
He ordered a remote tune for E85 for his evo 9. I sent him a start up rom with base setting for his injectors. I told him to let he car idle for 20 mins n send me the logs. I told him not to boost the car at all.
When he sent me the log, the fuel trims were maxed. This suggested he had an exhaust leak, which he then found. He commented, "maybe that's why it wouldn't hit 32psi". I said, "what?!? I told u not to boost it till we get the injectors scaled". He said okay and said he wouldn't boost it anymore.
Then that night (or the next night) he texted me saying his motor blew. He claimed it blew well he was just cruising along at 2500rpm on the highway (which is a lie based on his post in this thread).
We NEVER did any WOT pulls or tuning, at ALL.
We then agreed that since I only sent him one rom and did no tuning, I would refund him $100, which I promptly did.

Also, he had his buddy helping him since he didn't have a cable. His buddy is a wanna be suby tuning going under the name "Boosted Performance Tuning" (guess his buddy merged my and devins business' names).
It's most likely that his Subaru tuning buddy n him tried to tune the car and blew it up.
