120 MPH, Oil light flash.
The car behaved normally, coming to a full stop. Idle was normal and oil was checked shortly after cooling off with no abnormality.

Maybe putting it in neutral took enough load off that the oil pump wasnt able to supply just enough pressure for that little bit? Has that light come on since?
my guess without reading everyone's post.... the ecu saw a drop in oil pressure for a split second below the threshold of showing the light, pressure raised over the threshold, light popped on for a split second = don't worry about it until it keeps happening.
The ECU does not control the oil light. There is simply a switch on the engine held open by oil pressure.
1. After a 120 mph run the oil will be hot and thin.
2. On coast down the ECU will shut off the fuel injectors.
3. Dump the transmission into neutral and the idle maybe goes a little unsteady. This could be due to the tune or maybe hot fuel.
4. The IX cars are known for weak oil switches.
Put it all together and you have the light flash on. I suggest putting in a new oil switch and keeping it in gear as you cool down.

Thank you, I also think it was a scenario like this, since the light never came back on and the car drives normally.

The plan for oil switch replacement is already underway
Maybe it isn't your case, but sometimes when you start to see this light, you'll see it more and more often until you get it regularly, and you'll soon realize that piston tolerances are starting to get bigger. A thicker grade and better oil will help.
....And I don't see where is the problem putting the car in neutral at that speed? I'd be curious to get some explanation on that one.
