Its all about profit! If you've worked for the same company for (example) 10yrs making $50k a year and somebody offers you another position at a different place for $100k a year, would you take it or would stay in the same place because of loyalty ? Id be stupid not to take it. There are other priorities.

 

I believe AMS buisness plan is poor. I have worked for my current company for 13yrs. We statrted with one office. Small to mid-cap clients, sometimes individuals. Over 13 yrs we now have 19 offices 50-60 million in revenue. We treat single individual orders just as we treat new large orders.
The work we do is not just pushing buttons or phone calls. Its every aspect of IT,live shows,video,audio,staging,delivery set up, design,staff managment ect... Our services seem to never stop. Point is we never forgot were we came from and still take care of those clents.
