Looking for a high flow cat....

First off I want to mention that I live in CA
I've been having a lot of issues this past year with local PD about my IX so I've been working on going stealth. I already put on a stealth TBE and took off the window tints and removed the oem wing. My problem now is I have to get a smog check and I still have a test pipe. I searched but didn't come up with anything good. Can someone please suggest a good high flow cat.

Thanks

Buy a 100 cell Mil.Spec cat and have it welded onto your test pipe.

I have a Works HFC. It's likely not the highest flowing or even close to it. No smell, no CEL, seems reliable after ~20K miles.

It won't pass visual unless it looks like a oem cat.

Call RRE in So.Cal

They have a truck cat (high flow) that works great. They also carry the Rally Cat (Test pipe shrouded in CAT shields)

why not run the stock cat for smog, and go back to your original setup? honestly, even if you want a HFC for DD use, i would still recommend the stock cat for SMOG testing

I have an AMS high flow cat on my X. It actually passed the CA tail pipe sniffer smog test. I failed the visual part of the test, but at least I'm not polluting the environment.

I did a smog check in CA before I moved to NM and that's how I got my results. The funny part is out here in NM you can pass a smog test with a test pipe. All they do out here is test the OBD2 for codes and kick the tires.

Why not source a whole stock exhaust, or just the cat like mentioned above and keep it on the side for inspections/rainy days?

If you're talking about smog, you will not pass VISUAL with an HFC. You are better off sourcing a stock exhaust.
