What is this pipe called?!

ive been having problems with this pipe for a whole now, i have a boost leak at the point where this pipe connects to my turbo.... it seems like noting i do will fix it ive tried to put a high temp sealer and it has done nothing. I think the end of this pipe might be beveled. suggestions please?!

That is the FP Race Pipe or Buschur J-Pipe, it replaces the stock J-Pipe.

Have you tried a new gasket instead of using RVT?

yes ive tried a new gasket as well, the bolts are a real pain in the a** to get to and loosen because everything is in the way but once i got the pipe out the gasket that was on there was fine, but i still changed it anyway

Take off about 1 mm on a flat grinder/sander.

definitely the j pipe..but that flanged end looks weird like one of the bolt hole has been cut and the mating suface looks bowled instead of flat.. maybe its for a different turbo...what i would do and your best bet...is to buy a stock one i usually see them for about $50 good luck

The bolt eyelet cut is normal. That is to allow for some adjustability.
What you should check for is a flat surface at the flange. Hi-temp RTV is also a good idea in that area.
