4.5 FMIC overkill for E9 setup

I am looking to make 450-475 whp on a stock e9 turbo want no short cuts do you guys think this is overkill?

Will run c16 no e85 where I live.

how do you not have e85 in miami? its EVERYWHERE down there.... go buy 5 5-gallon gas tanks and just fill up twice a month. anyways i think the 4" is as big as you would want to go with a stock 9 turbo.

Yes its overkill. I only have a 3.5" and im hitting 430 uncorrected
