"lemon" meaning the car was classified as a lemon? or lemon meaning it's salvage / rebuilt

easiest way to find out is to just ask the place you'd be financing through. every place will be different.

Lemon being a dealer buy back. I really want this 06 SE but its a dealer but back. Accident free with clear title other then being a buy back. Salvage titles are impossible but I've never dealt with a buy back. CA buys back cars too easily.

Would you want to make payments on a car if it's broke down for something the dealer can't even get right? What was the cause for the buy back? Anything is possible.

Dealer said girl tried returning car cause she didn't want it. They wouldn't let her so supp she said the engine was making a wierd noise. Tech couldn't find anything. So she kept bringing it back for engine noise until she was able to file a lemon case. Car has had over 50k miles since buy back with no issues or warranty claims. If there was something wrong it can be fixed. It's mechanical. It can always be fixed. We're not talking a merc or Aston Martin where the electronics are more sophisticated then the space shuttle. Car is mint
