So I cleaned and ruined the seal around my throtle plate, new tb on its way. but i noticed a lot of carbon build up in the air passage for the biss screw. When cleaning i pulled a ton of crap out of there. I am sure it was my problem, but I wont know till the new shows up. This time il just clean that one air passage.

Just had mine retuned its definitely better but it's still there. Just for ****s we did another boost leak test and had the same results. No major leaks tiny leak from the throttle body seals. Shouldn't cause any issues though especially since I hold steady boost at 26psi. What was most effective I think was we did take off all emissions ****. So no more egr.

We also checked voltage from te idle air control and while it was doing it the iac was showing all normal voltage. However the Tps looked like it was following the creep. Obviously it has to so neither myself or my tuner believe that the Tps is the problem. Because its still showing proper voltage. Just moves around along with the pace of the creep.

So rechecked all vacuum lines again an everything. All good. We are both stumped

Intake
Buscher turbo back exhaust (straight pipe)
Mbc currently set at 20psi

mine is doing the exact same thing. Ive replaced plugs wires, iac valve and top 02 sensor and its still doing it. im stumped as well

Just because you have a boost leak and are still holding boost doesn't mean that the leak isn't bad. It could just mean that your turbo is working double time to get to that boost level. Rocafella are you tuned for those cams?

Yes I have been tuned for the cams since I put them in. And as of this past weekend I am retuned for 25psi. And also did another boost leak test an again only issue is very slight tb shaft seals.

I've ha this issue since before the cams
