Mine is doing the same thing. It threw a iac code and I replaced it but still getting same issue. I've adjusted the biss and still getting no change. Gonna try and clean the maf today and see I that makes any difference.

i did a boost leak test at the shop here and found a very slight leak from the throttle body seals but they(and i) are convinced that it is not causing the issue. im stumped

mine will do that with the defrost or a/c on. it doesnt creep though it jumps up to 1200 then when the compressor shuts off it drops back to 800.

Not sure if Evo's are the same as DSM's, but you can't adjust the biss by simply opening it or closing it. You have to ground something out for it to properly adjust.

Here is the guide for DSM's

When yours creeps does it drop to low rpm like it wants to stall out? Or drops like normal but then started to creep? Mine drops like it wants to stall fixes itself then creeps up then back ill see if I can take a video and show you

What modifications have you done to your car one of them may have created your problem?

mine comes down to 900 rpm and then creeps to 1200 for a second and comes back to 900. but my car will stall the odd time when moving forward in a drive thru where your on and off the clutch quickly. Only mods I can see are short route ets ic piping a disconnected manual boost controller, Other wise I think the car is stock, The car idles at 17 inches of vaccum and makes 21 pounds of boost and tapers back to about 17 lbs.

Here is a video of what mine is doing. I'm running out of ideas. Adjusted the biss and all that did was cause it to stall when the rpm drops down heavy like in the video where it dropped to under 800 rpm. Any other suggestions?

My mods are
Ams ic
280 cams
Intake
Buscher turbo back exhaust (straight pipe)
Mbc currently set at 20psi
