Still high idle, tried cleaning MAF/IAC...what's left?

The only thing that I might guess that could have started it is a boost leak which I think is my BoV but haven't checked yet as it's put away. As for the idle it goes to about as I said 2-2.5....usually starts at 2.5 and then goes down to normal after running for a good 10 minutes. Yes it does it every time, it never did it before and now it does it every time it starts.

Yea it is but the drivers in Stoon don't know how to drive in winter.

I had this problem and I had to replace the IAC valve to solve the issue.

Forgot to mention that I bought a used IAC and it didn't work.

Had to buy a new one which are pretty expensive.
