Did I screw up?
Like Every other member Suggested, Try taking it back and see what he say( The dealer). You paid alot of money and you should have inspected the Car first. I paid Under $20,000 for my Evo 8 and i paid two shops to inspected it before i give him any money. **** happens i guess but try talking to the dealer. Good luck.
U should really work something out with the GM. U signed a contact that states as is. Most states have a 24hrs buyers remorse policy, except for California, they have 48. I would at least get the dealer to fix the alignment issue. Good luck to u my friend
Alright more things coming up suprisingly, first everyone that is talking about the money i mean to clarify car was approx 20800 than through transport from upstate ny to philly. additions was imterest rates and lojack, etching and total loss protection. but now when i went to return it i was told the engine was replaced and it was the first time i heard it the car was sold to me under false pretense that it had 40k mi but in fact its 40k body 20k tranny and unavailabe on engine.
i did an overlook on the papers and they manages to mess it up by having the right make and model on the first deposit papers but final financial establishment they made the make mitsu and model endevour would you guys think this voids the contract?

Call a lawyer and ask some of these legal questions. Don't rely on a forum. Did you test drive it before you bought it? Sounds like you didn't and thats a mistake. Definitely get out of that deal if you can.
They have to be able to verify the motor has less miles than the chassis to not disclose. So if you weren't told about the swap before the sale, it makes the contract null and void. I'd just threaten legal action. Hopefully you have something via email or writing that backs up your claims. He said/she said doesn't play out in court well. Best of luck.
yeah i know of a guy running an fp black on meth making 500whp/500wtq stock block and he tracked the **** outta it and when his motor started to go out he got a compression test and his car was shot. he only had 28k miles on a evo ix ssl super clean exterior and he brought it back to stock and sold it too carmax for $26k. the next guy supposedly bought it for $28k and one month later it was sold for 1k miles. its obvious he figured out the car was a POS and we later saw it at a local dealer. now who knows where it is but sucks too be them. so yeah please get rid of it ASAP to be safe its not worth puttng money into chasing a problem youll never find.
