**HELP** Clutch Assembly Bracket Cracked???? WTF

BroKen clutch pedel assembly and metel bracket
The same exact thing happened to my Evo 9 ,I went to through 2 clutch pedal assemblies already and my third one is about to go out anytime soon I can feel it, I'm in Washington State and I still haven't found a mechanic to weld that metal bracket back together if anybody is in Washington State and that can help me with this problem I will make it worth your while please help me!!
