Question Will I be content with 450 whp?

Ok never ridden in an Evo 9 with 450 whp my up coming mods will bring me to that power level. Are you guys who are on this level satisfied with how the car pulls and performs on this level? Or after this upgrade will I be satisfied and not want to go any more higher?

My car was at that level once before. Went from a stock turbo to a fp red making 450 on a mustang dyno. At first it feels crazy fast but after awhile you feel acustom to it. Don't get me wrong its a good amount of power for a daily, I guess it just depends on the person and if they themself are satisfied with where the car sits.

I don't mean to hurt your feelings or bash you at all but this is a retarded and pointless thread. How can anyone vouch for how you are going to feel about the power level? Everybody considers different power levels to be fast. Hell, I use to think my old wrx with 300whp was fast until i rode in a 400hp 240sx.

Like they say though, once the mod bug hits, it doesn't stop. Unless you run out of money.

This is 100% true, sorry bro

400whp is plenty fast for any street car period.

Chances are you're going to want more eventually. I thought my evo was retarded fast, going from my mazdaspeed3, but now it feels mediocre. After a while you'll lose that adrenaline feeling you get when you mash the gas pedal, and you'll want more. That's my opinion.

400 whp is plenty for most of us, but to some incluin myself its a neverending quest for more haha currently im at it now I enjoy it its all around fun....eventually when paíd off ill do more....just pace yourself 10 grand is not hard to spend on performance.... But Fwiw, 400 whp and youll lay an *** whoopin to 80% of cars out there...

Ive had my Evo for two weeks and im already budgeting for further mods for more power and putting that power to the ground. However OKC is turning into the new houston and 400whp isnt anything lol. Btw, I came from a 308whp 02 Camaro SS.

The consensus from all the guys that have gone from good street power to ridiculous power is that their street setup was always more fun.

I think that a properly maxed out stock setup/Green/bbk setup will be about perfect for a street car. Once you put in the money for a built motor and all the other necessities for a more powerful car, it might as well pull your face off when you put your foot down...

Money will be your ultimate enemy though!

Read the question I didn't ask you to vouch for how I was going to feel. I asked will I be content with that power level. I'm trying to gauge other peoples opinions and experience.

Is this going to be a daily driver? I think I would be happy with 450whp. What kind of power are you putting down now?

From 320 to 450 I'm sure you would be satisfied. Not sure what your setup consists of but is 450 maxing out your mods? Be careful with the torque level over 400 too as stock rods/bolts wont last much higher than that.
