Spoolin up bad on returning emails/calls?

Paid for 2day shipping to get some parts 2 weeks ago and these guys have not responded aside from telling me there was a "delay" in getting parts. My car has been collecting dust and I have yet to get a tracking # what gives?

they are not the fastest at answering e mails or getting stuff out as i found out but i always got it eventually , time of year doesnt help either

Its a one man band as far as I can remember. Good guy though. I've dealt with him on mulitple occasions, and he's always been good.

It's a one man show at spoolinup. If you didn't get anything it usually means they are sold out.

I purchased mine while back, and there was alittle bit of a delay, but your product will come through. Its that time of the year, and im sure hes caught up in a little more then he can handle quickly.

Just give him time.

He is ok he uses USPS for intentional. He sent me the tracking code but the item didn't move apparently the post office said customs paper want signed he said it was and told them off thoroughly.

In Matts defence the items did arrive the problem was rectified and it is high quality gear for the price.

Well 15 days later a tracking # is recieved only to find out it has been stuck in customs since dec 5th.
