Should i tune my car after these upgrades?

also whats price range of a tune?
300-500 bucks?
so it would be safe to drive it untuned? i wouldnt mind doing a tune for both parts at the same time, just was wondering if i should buy one put it on then the other and put it on then tune, because if tune is worth it ill wait and buy both and then tune my car,

Yes, technically it is safe to drive on the ETS intake and a catback exhaust. The ETS intake uses the stock MAF housing, so yuo dont really HAVE to tune it. If you plan on buying more mods (test pipe, down pipe, etc.) you can wait until you have more stuff to put on before tuning. A good dyno tune will usually cost around $500 (the places I have looked usually are), whereas you can get the cables and tuning software and do it yourself, or pay for an e-tune.
There is also the Cobb AP option, with off the shelf maps that can be used. I have my dyno tune map saved on my AP, I enjoy having the convenience of a handheld platform that I can monitor data and switch maps on the go with.

I plan on going the same route as OP.
Just got my MR and got a Cobb AP stage 1. From what I've researched so far the two items you mentioned will be fine, but will be best with a proper tune.
It's so annoying too have so many goodies, but they don't really all come to life until you get a pro tune!
It's like having sex with a girl but you can't get fully erect unless you get your ***** pro tuned
