Poor fuel mileage
Your poor fuel economy is most likely a combination of many factors.
The first factor is most likely due to colder temperature this time of year. Now that its getting colder out the car will definitely loose efficiency and use more fuel due to the difference in winter fuel. The engine also uses more of its fuel maintaining operating temps when its cold out. Have you change fuel brands recently, maybe one with more ethanol?
Secondly, maintenance plays a huge role in fuel efficiency. Lots of little issues can contribute to the overall performance of the engine. How is the air filter? if its dirty the engine will have to work harder to overcome the restriction loosing efficiency and fuel economy. Maybe the injectors have become dirty and the spray pattern is not as optimal as it should be causing the engine to not run as efficiently as it once did. Are you still running the test pipe? You haven't installed a CAT by chance have you?
Another huge factor is driving habits/routines have you change how you drive recently? New/different daily commute? maybe closer of farther away? On average are you driving faster then you did before? I know my evo gets much better fuel economy when I drive slow, such as cruising at 60 or less vers 75+.
Unfortunately, there probably isn't just one good answer to your problem, if there is and you do find out what it is please do share with the us.

Well I got the o2 In And filled up with 91 from cheveron. Last tank 144 until the gas light came on.
If I get this figured out ill let you know! I'm still open to ideas.
What I've done so far
Tune from a reputable tuner
New tires
New spectre 9inch filter
New UEGO sensor to make sure it's reading right
New OEM front o2

Damn, something is definitely wrong. I get 200-250 miles/tank... on E85. Hell, I'll get 200 miles on a tank flooring it all the time. Even with 255mm Nitto NT05's. I get 300-350 miles/tank on 91...
Make sure your battery is still good and your alternator isn't being raped. Just a thought. Also, did you check spark plugs?

thank you though!
I'm going to take a stab at this and I really hope I help you out.
I have a small exhaust leak at the down pipe and O2 housing connection. This makes the idle in closed loop read 14.7 on the WB. My STFT is good at idle, almost 0.
Logging at WOT shows it getting leaner than usual. I thought nothing of it since this happens every winter, but I had to richen it up quite a bit. Therefore I am losing mpg.
My theory is since I have a small exhaust leak my WB will read 14.7 at idle and the trim looks good. At WOT, the WB will read leaner than reality and trying to tune it out by adding fuel will cause a loss in MPG.
Check for exhaust leaks. If there are none, then I'm inclined to go with the front O2 sensor replacement.

but sure, I can try to download the map. My tune is pretty balanced, not aggressively tuned for power. Also I'm on Evo 8 10.5 hotside so spool is pretty rapid, which doesn't help MPG. But if I drive like a regular person I get 240-250 out of 14 gallons (not that I usually run it that low.) When I drive it hard I get 200~ miles on a tank. That's with like 5-8 full WOT runs from 1st through 3rd gear or random bursts into the 4k RPM torque band.
Well I'm in a 2900 lb Evo 8 RS so that helps a LOT in all situations

Hijackers!!! Lol it's cool
But, still no fix....
To add to my list of new parts I put in though
Treadstone 340lph fuel pump with new fuel sock so I'm going to fill up then report back.
Still looking for suggestions, or anybody who went through this problem and found a fix! Thanx!
