That's easy, it's a C West. Same as what was originally on the Cyber Evo.

(the ex Cyber Evo one is actually on my friends car now, see below)

Need a front splitter to look proper and make that brake duct functional

Actually, I have been on at him about brake ducting too.
But I wouldn't put a splitter on that without a bigger wing on the back (which he's resisting) as the downforce from that C WEST front bar made a big difference to how the car behaves making it much more balanced and stable at high speed especially long corners compared to the normal VIII bar, and dropped his lap times on Tsukuba by over 1 second.

He did make a very subtle mod to the factory rear wing that gave him an extra 5~10 mph corner speed though.
If he puts a splitter on it will unbalance it, but then if he eventually puts a bigger wing on the back, he may well need to extend the front bar.

Never did i realize C-West front bumper is so functional

C-West bars have been used by many of the Super Taikyu teams, you only have to look at it to see it improves cooling and down force, but the canards he fitted would be helping some too. Like any aero though, you're only going to notice the change at pretty high speed.
