Please Help!!! Still smoking evo...

I've been having this problem for quite some time now and basically what happens is when im on full throttle for more than a few seconds then when i lift off smoke comes out of the exhaust. i originally removed the vacuum lines off both the pcv and the intake and just let them vent to atmosphere. i did this hoping that there was some blow by and this reduced the smoking issue hugely but there was still some slight smoking after a wot pull. I just replaced the pcv and re attached all the vacuum lines and now there is more smoke then ever. It's a legit smoke screen now. i have a catch can on the line coming of the valve cover on the bottom right hand side and there was about a 1/4 of a quart of oil in the can accumulated over the last 6 months or so. The car has the stock ix turbo and on e85 running 25psi. The turbo has no shaft play, but i did once notice there was some oil puddled on the intake side of the turbo when the vent off the valve cover was hooked up to the intake. Does the turbo need to be rebuilt? Doesn't make complete sense to me due to when all the vents off the valve cover are disconnected there is only light smoking after wot. There is no smoke at all under normal driving. Any advice is welcome. Thanks.

How many miles? Smoking under boost alone would lead me to think turbo seals. Also seems like you are getting a lot of blow by. Ever done a leak down test or compression check?

The car has 45000 miles on it. It doesn't smoke while under boost, but rather when i lift off after being on boost. Any ideas what would be causing that much blow by, and i haven't done a leak down or compression check. Do you think its something i should have done?

Doesn't mean that it can't change. Engines don't always operate the same as when it was tuned. Plugs foul, atmospheric changes, bad gas, etc. etc.

Valve seals maybe?? I'm
Battling the exact same problem but mine smokes when it first starts too and under vacuum after a pull.. 4 shops have told me either rings or valve seals. Since my motor only has 10k I doubt it's rings. Just some more ideas for you

Mine started doing the same thing after a pull, lasted about 15 seconds after I dropped down to 4th on the highway and wailed on it.

Im thinking its ur turbo seals. Think about it. When your under boost the compressor turbine side is under pressure pushing it to the exhaust side.. Well when you let off the throttle its opposite. Now vacuum is on the compressor side pulling the wheel back... Will happen when the engine is under high vacuum (decel, shifting, (cruising but not as much)

If you get a chance take off your intake and see if you have in and out shaft play, not up and down..

Also, you can take off your manifold to see if you have oil coming off your valve seals. If it doesn't look anything like this then its probably your turbo seals.

This is what mine looked looked like before i replaced the valve seals.
