I have two sets of cam and was wondering if I can mix and match them...I have Comp Cam 280 and HKS 264/272...Was wondering if the intake cam from CC will work with exhaust cam from HKS(272)...the reason I ask is I got a nick on my exhaust CC cam

 

This is an Evo 8 I assume? You'll have to get re-tuned for it but it could work, just not sure if that combo would give you a really usable powerband.

 

Thanks for input...I like the lift on CC but would not be sad if I had to use the HKS they are both really close...Yes will get tune after I install any cam right now running stock cam until the motor is broken in...the motor is fresh
