How much?

Curious to see how you guys price R titled Evo's. I'm looking at another 03 to pick up as a second project but have no clue what to offer.

The car has 82k on it and looks decent from what I can tell but I don't think it's near the asking price of 14,500. It's got real basic mods like springs and exhaust, nothing that I can see adding value honestly. I was thinking about offering about 11-12k. What do you think?

salvaged 2003 with 82k miles? i wouldn't go over 10k

at the end of the day, its value is whatever someone is willing to pay. check out the other salvage title price threads for a gauge:

Thanks man, I have been digging around the other threads here before I posted this but it's hard to judge todays value compared to some of the 3 year old threads. Paying $15k for a 6 year old car then isn't the easiest thing to judge today with this market and the cars normal depreciation. I have realized that even then $15k seems like a lot for an R title.

You guys see this more often than me, figured I'd get some other owners opinons on it.

Not 100% sure right now. Haven't even started talking with the guy yet. Trying to get some knowledge on my side in case I like what I see for negotiations if need be.
