aem error when logging afr

aem error when logging afr

hi,

i just finish installing everything to log my aem uego into evoscan and the problem is that its not logging.

but i see: AEM ERROR: Conversion from string ``14.7``TO DOUBLE IS NOT VALID

and the 14.7 change and is the same as my af gauge.... im not the best in computer and i really don't know what to chek for this....

any help would be nice

What method did you use to set up the gauge for live data logging?

I made myself a serial cable and i am conected with a serial to usb cable.

did you verify that the cable is working in hyperterminal or equivalent program on win 7? even though based on the error message looks like the cable is right just the formula for the wideband isn't.

yes the cable is fine. the only thing i think is that my computer is set in french... so maybe there is a problem with that....i will try to reinstal evoscan in English with everythng.... hope it works

PROBLEM SOLVE

all i do is set my labtop in English,then i desinstall evoscan, delete everything from it and finaly reinstal it.

after that everything work perfect!!
