Plugs and coolant

My coolant looks like chocolate milk, cars fouling plugs wayyy to fast(black at top, tip barely white) and has a system rich code(lean idle) whats going on here?

Should i go with oem headgasket? Nothing else comes to mind that could be an issue? I also have 4-5k sputter WOT

OEM is good. Cosworth is good.

But yes it's defiantly a head gasket

I would go for OEM head gasket, when you take off your cylinder I would take it to a machine shop and have them check it out. Has your coolant temperature gone up at all.? Do you have access to a block test to check for exhaust gases in your coolant.?
