I just picked up a turbo that has water and oil cooling, and haven't had one with coolant lines in a while. I'm good on the feed line, but my stock coolant return port has been cut and welded shut ( previous owner )

SO, I have no heater in my car and the return for the heater core is just plugged right now and unused.. I just need somewhere to return coolant from the turbo, is it ok to use this return?

 

Lets not half-*** it anymore, get a stock replacement coolant pipe.

 

Its not worth trying to hack something up to get to work.

ok thanks guys... will swap out water pipes with my buddy then. just didn't want to have to get to them bolts under the IM if I didn't have to.
