Can we get the exact story? I heard that people on forum bagged mitsu to bring Evo to US. I would love to hear about, seriously.

Back in 2002, I saw a Silver Evo 8, didn't know WTF an evo was, but I knew it was different, and fu*king nice. Will never forget the nose on an Evo 8, nor did I know i'd get one a couple years later

It was at a Chile's in Pasadena, Tx

This thread reminds me of how far we've come with Evos.

Cheers to the guys who pushed to bring em here. I never knew I could fall in love with a car until I drove an Evo.

I had a great time reading this thread. I remember when I first saw a White Evo8 at the local Thursday night car spot around here. It was a very young (high school) aged kid, and the car was brand new and got so much attention. Thanks for bumping this!

I remember my first Evo...it was the Fall of 2003 and it was a Black beauty in the Steven's Creek Mitsu Showroom.

Ahh...those were the days.

I feel sorry for those guys back in the day it must have been tourture. Thank you evolutionm.net and all the boisterous car enthusiast that made it possible to bring this car over here. We need to track down the op, so he could give us insider info on the camp.
