Wiring harness problem!!!???

so ive run into the issue while tuning with tscomp that the grimmspeed 3port will not function...we've already replaced it with a brand new one and it is still not working. is there a possibility that part of the harness is bad, becuz when we tuned before last yr, the 3 port worked fine. plz help guys, this is holdin me back from really doin nething.

the thing is i have a brand new grimmspeed and im thinkin its not getting enough power from the wiring harness that comes from the car...

If you don't think its getting enough power from the car take a volt meter to it and see what its receiving.

Meter for power at pin 1 and a ground at pin 2.

FYI the ground is integral to the ECU through pin 11 in connector C-121. Hopefully you don't have to do too much digging to find your problem.

i really appreciate the input guys..is this common that the solenoid harness would fail, cuz ive searched and ive found nothin. and the fact that it worked perfectly fine before is confusing the hell out me

so i took a volt meter to the harness...its getting the correct amount of power, so im pretty stumped rite now
