boost leak test help

so i've been trying to do a boost leak test on my car, i've done it before on my car but im confused why its not working this time.
seems like theres no pressure at all checking the boost gauge (like 1-2psi)
I dont hear any leaks.
Im feeding the pressure using a compressor from the intake inlet of the turbo, uicp/licp are connected, bov is connected, vacuum hoses are connected, mbc pressure source is plugged.
it used to build pressure fine before but i just can't figure it out.
while driving i hit 25psi
any ideas?

Try blipping the starter a bit...

Sorry... basically I meant just turn the engine over, and try the test again. You can find yourself in the perfect storm of internal combustion, where the right combination of everything is open, and the air just flows on through.

If that doesn't work... look, listen, and FEEL for boost leaks. Use a spray bottle filled with dish soap (don't spray it on your paint... it strips wax (if you care)).
