How would I change this? Since I am looking to avoid changing all my ignition stuff for this.

Someone tried to break in with a screw driver so I need to replace the driver side.

 

buy anew cylinder take it to a lock smith and have it recoded to your key

Recoded? A cylinder kit will come with all the pins required to fit your key and you can make sure it works before installing it in the door. It's just a mechanical lock and is quite simple. That's the easy part. The hard portion is fitting your arm and hand up in there to put it back in, PITA.
