Besides quality and fitment? Fins are the same. Though.

I bought the 80 dollar one from lancer shop and it is a ill short on one side. Prolly gonna lose it someday. I woulda got a nice one from rexspeed if I could go again

Does this statement mean to say that the VGs alone (even w/o spoiler) benefits the car by decreasing drag?

 

^^ this is awesome. it's cool to see that such a little thing that normally gets's labeled as 'cool' is so effective.

 

Why would they put VGs on airplanes if they were just for looks

 

Hey don't get too excited it is only a 0.6% reduction in drag, or approximately 2 extra mph top speed.

I remember Buschur doing some testing and found the oem being functional vs the ebay not so much. IIRC, he was saying the fins are different.

 

Look at the pics with the spoiler with VG vs not. It also helps direct air onto the spoiler which means a bit more downforce.

Yeah some of the ebay ones have all the fins straight. The OEM one has the outside fins pointing inwards. Another study that was posted here years ago says that under 100mph I think it was its kinda moot.
