Stm Ran them in the ricer.
They are lighter will make for unsprung weight unsrpung weight = faster times. maybe a gain in hp.

What's the matter, a little butthurt?

I'd much rather do the research on my own instead of listen to what people say on a forum where so many people don't have the slightest clue are putting their opinions in. Remember rockmanx? That retard heard something, and then just kept repeating it over and over.

totally not worth the money. spending $2100 on real aero mods (functional undertrays and air deflectors) would yield better results. or use the money for a bigger turbo.

The real question is what do they feel like? 2100 could be cheap to make the car silent specially with out adding weight of noise damping crap.

Read that
We actually ran them in the Ricer and in the RS. We have had a very good amount of customers purchase these bearings. We haven't done any back to back dyno testing with these to calculate a potential power increase, but Emery swears by them for racing purposes; that should really speak loudly enough for someone who will be looking at running those trap speeds and ETs.

Regarding the properties of the ceramic versus the steel, the ceramic doesn't degrade with heat like the stock steel does. The amount of heat created when running 150mph+ would: 1) cause greatly increased friction, and 2) degrade the stock bearings farily quickly.

I hope this helps. Of course, the best advice would be from the master behind the bearings.

Let us know if you need anything,
STM

I was researching different manufacturers that make ceramic wheel bearings, and they arent cheap. After messing around trying to source the correct one and messing around with the hub you might just be better just buying these. Price isnt too bad once you research what it costs.

Ya I agree. If your searching for that last few tenths and you already have some monster build then ya I see this as an option. For a mildly built setup, unless you are a baller, I would look elsewhere for much better gains for the price, imo.

Completely agree with the above quote and mrfred. I would be surprised if the stock steel bearings produced more than a hp or 2 in losses. Think about all the other components in the drive train siphoning off power, and what percentage of that the wheel bearings will be: clutch, trans, diff/t-case, rear diff, driveshaft supports, etc..

For around $2k you could even upgrade to something like a stage 2 transfer case which IMO would be a more worthy drivetrain upgrade.

Just my 2 cents.
