He wanted $21,500 but the tires are still the original Advan A046 and have barely any life left in them. So I offered him $19,000 cash up front and he took it.

Very good price too. Considering the A046s lasted 40K I'm willing to bet it wasn't driven hard.

I would have to agree!

OP, You did your homework on this one and I have to say congratulations! Only nonfactory mods I see are evo 7 rear tails, jdm side markers, and mudflaps. That car is pristine, almost unbelievably clean. Great Deal, enjoy it!
