FS (OR): 2006 Evo MR SE Super Clean
2006 Evo MR SE
VIN JA3AH86C86U068852
Title: Clean
81,700 miles
Location: Beaverton, OR
Price: $SOLD
I bought this car in May 2012 and basically spent the last year painting it and cleaning it up. It was involved in an accident while a previous owner had it and there were some mismatched panels and minor damage left when I bought it. The title is clean since the car was not totalled. It drives great and I've put about 6,000 miles on it since I got it. Overall condition is very clean inside and out with no mechanical issues or fluid leaks. It would be very difficult to find a IX cleaner than this one.
The car was originally black but I painted it Dark Silver Metallic from Mini/BMW. It's a stunning color and to my knowledge the only Evo with this paint. I've done a few other projects as well like refinishing the brake calipers. All of the work I've done since day 1 with the car is documented in great detail in this thread: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/al...-clean-up.html
I got the car stock and these are the only mods I've added:
Swift Spec-R springs
Rota G-Force 18x9 +30 hyper black with 255/35/18 Direzza Star Specs
S2000 antenna
Aftermarket head unit, amp and sub enclosure in trunk
UK trunk badge
Note: I'm selling the car in completely stock form (with stock springs, Evo 8 Enkeis dipped black and stock stereo). If a potential buyer would like the G-Force wheels and Star Specs and the Swift springs instead, I will include all of that for an additional $1200.
Willing to ship at the buyer's expense though I prefer a local sale. Please no trades.

Bump - know this local car and it's beautiful, amazing paint job, a bit lighter than GG, VERY clean and very stock motor. If I had some spare $$ sitting around I'd put it in the garage next to my X!! .. very rare setup between the suspension, wheels stereo, and motor that hasn't been screwed with

I thought of a few more things that a buyer would probably like to know about the car.
The following maintenance was performed by the previous owner shortly before I bought the car (less than 7k miles ago):
Since I've had the car, I did the following:
In case it wasn't obvious from the pictures, the car has tinted windows. I'm not sure on the percentage since I got it that way but I've had zero trouble with the authorities (limit is 35% in Oregon).
And then of course the paint job is meticulous. I get a lot of compliments on the car and even auto painters are impressed/surprised to find out I painted the car myself. We all know that Evo's have crappy factory paint, so this is a BIG step up since quality PPG materials were used throughout.
Thanks

- Timing belt, tensioner, water pump, and all related items
- New stock clutch
- Alignment
- All fluids flushed
Since I've had the car, I did the following:
- Refinished the brake calipers off the car so they look brand new
- Flushed and bled the brake system
- Recharged the AC system so it blows ice cold
