Car vibration at 45pmh

I'm the sole owner and the odometer is between 85K and 90K (too lazy to go look). I first encountered the p0300 code when the car was less than a year old and first noticed the body vibrating at around 60 mph after the first tire change - probably around 15K. The tires I put on were not very good or very expensive.

Other than blocking the p0300 code in the ECU I've done nothing to the drive train. I'm still on the stock clutch. Currently I'm on Star Spec tires and they eliminate the body vibration completely. So, I have no personal experience as to what the transmission will need after driving with the car shaking for a lot of miles. Others have written that I should expect to replace fifth gear and a main shaft.
