Vibration at 5th gear

Hey guys, I got a 03 Evo 8 with a clutch masters stage 1 clutch and
clutch masters flywheel. Idk if that has to do with anything but
when I'm in 1st shifting into 2nd, it makes this loud clunking sound. (All the time)
And when I'm in 5th gear going 45mph or up, it vibrates very bad.
Like the whole car vibrates and you definately can feel it no matter
how fast or slow your going on 5th. Its not the car struggling for more air or fuel for sure, no vacuum leaks and tires are balanced+aliment.
I have almost full tranny fluid and it
has been about a year since I changed the diff fluid.
Any ideas? Thanks.

not sure about 5th gear

but 1st to 2nd gear in my car makes a little noise when its cold. Once I've been driving for a few minutes it doesn't make the noise. Might be the shifter bushings I haven't checked yet.

it could mean your transmission is toast. if so input shaft is severly worn and will start damaging the other gears too. i bet you also throw p0300 code? sounds like the exact same issue i had with my current evo i purchased. in the end i bought a dealer rebuilt/refurbished transmission. fyi if your input shaft is gone, its gonna cost alot more then a standard rebuild shep or buschur will quote you.
