Transmission shifts hard during Dragracing.

I noticed when I drag race when I change gears quick the transmission does a loud thunk sound, basically it pounds the transmission every gear. Is this normal? If I speed shift or not it still does it.

Its probably the rear diff bushings. Let off the clutch easier.

It's actually coming from the transmission

then i would assume one of the 4 motor mounts is worn... usually the front or back... they control roll...
