Ordered some piston rings 2 weeks ago and they still haven't shipped just wondering if anyone else had problems with orders from them.

 

I have heard mixed reviews about them. I believe on the vendor reviews there was a big thread about them. It seems to be that more people dislike vs. like. I don't know if they have changed their ways. It seems like people either have a really good experience or really poor experience with them. However their prices are pretty competitive.

Yeah I'd have to give them a dislike. No communication at all with customers waiting for orders.

 

It's a shame, there are some horror stories about them. Their pricing is really good too. I'm not wondering that's how they stay open, you would be surprised at how many people sacrifice price for quality.

If I were you I would file a claim with your credit card company since you can't get a hold of anyone down there and just order some new ones from someone else. I haven't looked up the BBB complaints, but I guarantee they have some. Good luck man!

 

Yeah they have really good prices. I finally got in touch with someone! Lol. I guess Hastings had some machine problems and have a bunch of back orders.
