anyone else ever have problems with these guys? my first order with them was great, but now, mid april i ordered about 50 dollars of parts from them, i initially received the first confirmation email, and now for 4 months have not heard anything from them, i have emailed them 10+ times, called 10+ times, everytime i call, i either get voicemail, hold for 1 hour, once i got ahold of him, and told him my story, and he said let me put u on hold, and that was it, 1.5 hours on hold, idk what to do? just forget it and never order from them, or keep trying? i just want my parts.....

Oh yeah I remember when getting the tbelt kit from here too, came in less than a week. And received other misc hardware quick too.
Current order is for misc bolts and whatnot. Not sure what the OP ordered?

Russell is the man. PM him. I know they are super understaffed and getting behind a little. 4 months is a long time.

Out of all the stuff I've purchased from them I've never had an issue. Most I ever waited for my parts was like a week or so.
hm, i guess ill just keep calling and calling, i did get a hold of a guy from the parts department said my order was coming up and put me on hold wiht no avail.......maybe ill look for russ on here and send him a pm as well

Same thing here..I ordered some things and cant recieve it, I keep calling them but they always put me on hold..i emailed them twice and still no reply...all they did was send me the invoice saying what i purchased and the order number...I will give them a few more days if not i want my money back because This is NOT the way to do business at all!

I've asked several questions in their forum and never received any answers. Their website is a complete disaster and you can find the same parts listed in different places for different prices. I have ordered twice and gotten what I ordered in a decent amount of time though.
